We are very proud of Newton de la Source d’Hannahatchee (Hollee de Plum Creek x Loki du Ten Bar Ranch) breeder – Dave Flynn. Our Sir Isaac just won the UKC Open Stake Pheasant Championship sponsored by Field of Dreams and Great Northern Clubs. The birds are seasoned and very tough wild birds trying every trick on us. He had 4 wins to take the cup. He was the only dog to win in the broke dog class in the championship. Newt ran the course with power, style, intelligence and proper manners.
Atos got 1st place in the Amateur Limited Gun Dog. Thanks to the Mid-Florida Brittany Club for having us. It was a very tough day with very high winds and a field full of extremely ill-mannered birds. It was not easy to protect your dog, but Atos pulled out the win and we could not be prouder of him.
Our Kennel had a good week at Nationals in 2019. Lori conducted Maggie to take two wins with a CAC Open wild braces and CAC open liberated braces. I conducted Atos with total dog award with win in show in Grand champion class and excellent in liberated braces. Newton won CAG wild gun braces and reserve in liberated solo. Nike won CAG wild solo and Ocho Rios got reserve in wild gun braces. Callie won CAC and barrage CACT in wild open solo. Also Callie and Coca won CAC in open liberated braces and solo in that order in Field of Dreams Trial. Tomorrow is another day and will be back at it.
Atos won the Grand Champion Class in the show and earned excellent in Open Liberated Braces to win total dog award. He ran strong. Here is a rare glance he gave us before going to point the next bird.
